We want to assure you that our intent has never been to use SMS for marketing or solicitation purposes. However, SB 140 has expanded the legal definition of "telephone solicitation" to include text messages, and it is possible that our support conversations—by helping you with your projects and active services—could be construed as leading to new work. To protect you and our company, we are taking a proactive step to ensure our continued ability to offer this direct communication channel while remaining in full compliance with the law.
To that end, we are implementing a consent process to continue offering direct support via text message.
