We're excited to announce that SERVERIZZ® Web Services, now operating under Rizz Enterprises, LLC, is upgrading our domain management platform. We're partnering with Tucows, a leader in domain services, to give you a more secure and reliable way to manage your domains.

This upgrade will temporarily affect domain management services. During the migration, you might see a "transferred away" status for your domain name in some systems. Don't worry, your domain is safe with us.

We are currently experiencing an interruption in the delivery of transactional emails, which may affect your receipt of important notifications related to your active services. We understand the critical nature of these communications and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or concern this may cause.

What is Affected:

Clients may not be receiving transactional emails pertinent to their active services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Notifications regarding open support tickets

  • Invoice delivery and payment confirmations

  • Domain name renewal reminders

  • Scheduled maintenance notifications

  • Other automated service-related alerts

Cause of the Outage:

This service interruption is a direct result of an ongoing transition in our email relay services. SERVERIZZ is in the process of migrating away from our previous email provider, SendGrid, and we are actively working to get our new provider, Mailjet, fully operational. This migration is a complex process that involves reconfiguring our systems to ensure reliable and secure email delivery.

Our Commitment to Resolution:

Our technical teams are working around the clock to complete this transition as quickly and smoothly as possible. We are prioritizing the full restoration of all transactional email services. We are implementing robust testing protocols to ensure that once Mailjet is fully live, all emails are delivered accurately and promptly.

What We Are Doing:

  • Actively configuring and testing Mailjet integration.

  • Monitoring the progress closely to identify and address any unforeseen issues.

  • Working to clear any backlog of unsent emails once the new system is stable.

SERVERIZZ® will be performing scheduled maintenance during the above timeframe to restore local email services for our Shared Hosting and Developer Hosting packages.

Historically, we’ve avoided offering local email delivery on our web servers due to the common issue of emails being flagged as spam. To solve this, we’re reconfiguring our outbound mail server to relay through SendGrid, a trusted professional email platform by Twilio, which is built for large-scale and reliable email delivery.

This update will greatly enhance the deliverability of emails sent from our servers, helping them reach your recipients’ inboxes instead of their spam folders. With this improvement, we will be reintroducing local email service offerings to our hosting packages.

⚠️ No service disruption is expected. Your websites and hosted services will remain online and accessible during the maintenance window.
